Welcome to Gliedt & Stone’s New Site!

With over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, Gliedt & Stone serves individuals, families, seniors and commercial business owners.

At Gliedt & Stone, we leverage over 40 years in the insurance business to help you make the best coverage decisions for you. A lot has changed since 1972, but two facts remain the same:

  • First: Individuals, families, and businesses all have one thing in common: they own something-something they want to protect.
  • Second: Coverage is complex- and navigating the options can be an overwhelming exercise

Meet David Gliedt and Jennifer Ginty!

David Gliedt is a native of the East Bay and joined Gliedt & Stone in 1986, to work alongside his father. Over 35 years later, David proudly continues to serve many of the firm’s original clients, as well as their children and grandchildren.

David takes being a second-generation insurance broker to heart. “We have a great clientele and I know everyone by name- not just their policy number. We talk about our families and take time to know them as friends. That’s the kind of agency we are.”

Jennifer Ginty joined Gliedt & Stone Insurance in 1984 after several years in the field. She was immediately drawn to the agency’s personal approach of “helping friends and family,” a theme that continues to this day.

Now a 30-year veteran of the industry, Jennifer says her long-term relationships with clients inspire her every day. “I’m a big believer in giving back and making sure our clients are well-protected. I spend a lot of time talking with clients about their options, which is important when you’re insuring against ‘What if…?’.”
